Error when modifying the process loaded data rule with synchronize defaults template

Hi All,

I'm trying to modify process data load rule (PLD) and want to replace the component definition template which resides inside PLD with synchronize defaults template. Prior to the June update, i was able to successfully replace the templates. However i wanted to get the latest updates on these rules and i restored PLD rule by reverting back all the customizations. Now i wanted to do this customization again and i'm unable to do it due to an error. error is as follows:
