Are changes to an incident's "Level of Severity" included in the audit logging? For example, if an employee submits an incident with a "Level of Severity" of "Catastrophic", and then it is downgraded to "Minor," is that change included in the audit logging? I can see potential legal issues with changing that data element from what an employee has designated, especially if it is downgraded. It was not clear in the documentation whether this was included in the audit logging.
