Dears,

 I went through the social experience part in the new update 20B and I`m not sure about this part to be working or not.

Oracle docs explains how to use it and on the other hand while trying to apply the steps and add creds. on a demo instance 'cuz I don`t have a client purchased the social service yet' I cannot sign in with my creds. and after contacting with support team, I was informed that this service is deprecated.

The question here: What am I able to do with social monitoring part? 'Can I repond to comments and replies'? what can be done and is not deprecated?
