Incident creation in BUI Chat

How to create the incident on chat initiation?

Hi All,

We are planning to implement BUI chat in our project. We have edited the interface workspace to suit our requirements. However, there are two configurations we are missing:

1) Chat Category is not available as a field in the Interaction workspace

2) In .NET console, there is a configuration for us to control when the incident creation will happen in chats. We can set it to beginning of that chat/end of the chat. Is there such a configuration in interaction workspace?
