I have requirement that I need to add product to Incident when incident is created from techmail. Product number will be mentioned in email body as below sample email:

It looks like this:

type: text/html; charset=UTF-8
server: ****.0.0.1:xx
from: ****[email protected]
to: [email protected]
subject: Looking for a product
X-Mailer: ColdFusion 11 Application Server
body:

body: <p>Name: **** YYY</p><p>Product code: 290</p><p></p><p>Inquiry: test test</p>

Please let me know how can I achieve this? I am not a technical person so if you can let me know how can i do it if it needs customization and can not be done by business rule like any widgets or code packs needs to be changed.
