How to get info on (To in email) if incident is created by Bcc email of mailbox
We have typical requirement coming up in which Oracle fusion OM will send email to customer on various order stages.
Client wants to track this communication in service cloud. I had offered we can keep service cloud mailbox email id in Bcc of the mails generated from Oracle fusion OM.
But in this email, To address will contain actual customers email address.
Is there any way I can get this email address and create Incident on that contact/organization?
