Prevent files getting attached to incident, once Terminate button is clicked
Summary: Stop files getting attached to Incident sent through Chat. The files are getting attached to incident once the chat Terminate is being clicked.
Motive: I am trying to upload any attachments to private database through API call and does not want any attachment to be saved in Oracle service cloud. The files sent through chat is getting attached to OSC which I would like to prevent.
When a customer is chatting with agent and file is being sent by customer.
That file can is received by agent under Engagement tab which can also be opened to view.
