LOV's are not visible for variant group attributes

LOV's are not showing up while defining variant group attributes.

We tried to define a variant attrobute group to enable 'Style Item' Feature.

The EFF shows up as in the Item Page but the LOV's are not coming up. The Value Sets are defined as 'Independent' and Character. The values are also showing up in the Manage Values page.

Any reason why this is happening? Anything else to be defined?
