Hello All,

I want to trigger the chat inlay using Engagement Engine rules in a external website. I have triggered the ShowChatInlay function for embedded chat inlay using EE Rules. But the problem is when a conversation is in progress, the chat inlay loads only after it meets the EE condition. Is it possible to know if an active conversation is in progress and then load the chat inlay? Also how to trigger the minimise button event via Javascript?
