I have a column with a refno - how do I display it as a link?

Continuing to work on my first ever BUI analytics extension. A report I've written that pulls data from the virtual table displays a refno in the first column (e.g. 200721-000797). My customer wants this to show up as a link that opens the incident. I've done this with reports using real tables in the .NET console, but I don't think I've done it with a virtual table and I've certainly never done it with a BUI analytics extension.
