Incident report on CP page that doesn't require login
SummaryI have a need for applicants to submit a form online and then all applications/incidents submitted be visible to anyone for review/consultation
I have a business need for customers to submit an online application form complete with attachments. This is easily achievable by copying the standard CP "ask a question" form and adding relevant widgets for the required custom fields to capture details.
However, we then need a page where we can display all of these applications (incidents) online and also view the attachments so that they are publicly available for consultation/review and we can receive feedback digitally from members of the public. Standard functionality is that incidents are only available to the contact that created it or others in their organisation.
