Hello everyone

I created an integration with the Chat REST API, but I'm having some problems when the agent sends a message to the customer.

For instance, if the agents need to send the following text and If they press  break line "Shift + Enter" tor blank line:

"Hello, I'm Clinton

How can I help you?"

Then the message is not sent to the customer and the object returns empty. The agent only can send one message at a time.

Does anyone know if exists anyway that I can solve it?
