Around late April/early May, we started noticing a large spike to the number of Chat sessions where the customer got disconnected. I logged a ticket with Oracle Support on 5th May, and am still awaiting resolution.

I'm just curious to learn of whether other clients are also experiencing this, and what your current situation is.
