Hi All

I'm looking to embed an OPA interview in content pane that staff users will see when they log in to create a new contact and collect some branched information, while pulling the details of the logged in account to use in the process.

Whilst I can embed the interview, see image, I can't work out how to let OPA know that the user is logged into Service Cloud as the native OPA plugin does in a workspace at the contact or incident level.

Is it possible?
