Parent Child incident status sync
SummarySynchronize parent incident status to child incident status
The objective is when the parent incident status changes, the child incident status must synchronize/change to same for parent incident status.
For example, if parent incident status = 'incident completed' , child incident status = 'incident completed'
I have been told that in order to do this, I must go through a custom process. Is there any way I can configure this in CX itself by adding a rule or edit something in workspaces apart from going through a custom process?
