Approvals card -> Load More items - reduce the time / clicks taken to load all items

Summary

Instead of loading 25 approval units only at a time , Is it possible to load all the approvals unit at once under the Approvals Card?

If there is no other option available to see only top hierarchy parent first in this page there are few thoughts here as an improvement to the menu item's UI

1) There can be a search button for me to locate the parent entity I am interested to lock instead of having all the entities shows and scrolling page by page.

2) There can be a settings for me to choose how many entities I want to load in one page as soon as I open Approvals card instead of just giving me 25 to start with.
