We've spotted today that telephone numbers that used to show as simple text in the customer portal have now turned into links. Does anyone know when this changed and whether there is a setting available to prevent it? We use OSvC internally within our organisation and phone calls have to go through an internal telephony system, so we want to turn off this functionality. Does anyone know how?
