Hi,

When setting up Spreadsheet loader for Severance Loads we have included following fields - 

Person Number, Effective Start Date, Severance Begin Date, Severance End Date, Severance Weeks Eligible, Signed Agreement Received Date

However in when creating the template following required fields get added automatically - EFF_CATEGORY_CODE, Information Category and Information Type. While value for EFF_CATEGORY_CODE is available in the drop down as "Person Extra Information", we are not sure what values should be used for Information Category and Information Type? Please suggest.
