Summary

how to whitelist incoming emails (not Oracle mailboxes) due to large numbers being blocked by spam config settings

Content

We  forward e-forms from other business systems into service cloud to create incidents. This is often done in a batch so we may have  a few hundred  at the same time. Issue  we are running  into is  large numbers of incoming emails from the same address being blocked by a config filter.

The setting : "EGW_MAX_PER_ADDRESS" can be changed but  only to  a limited amount before it starts allowing other unwanted emails/spam into the system.

Question then, is  there a way to whitelist  allowed business mailboxes so they are excluded from these filter restrictions? as this severly restricts our ability  to  auto create incidents from multiple systems.

Howdy, Stranger!
