Incident Control on BUI doesn't offer 'Open' as an option and so users have to download and then open attachments.


Hi all

We're in the process of moving our 400-odd users users to the browser interface and we've come up with a bit of a sticking point on the attachment control(s).

Because of the current strong recommendation on working from home here in the UK we have a fair few staff who are having to use their own personal computer to access OSvC. That's working out ok for the moment but it opens us up to our ostomers' personal data being saved to private devices outside of our IT infrastructure which is obviously a concern. We issue guidance on the proper handling of customer data to all of our staff and have mandatory training with declarations from staff that they'll comply with that guidance but I'm looking for any advice on
