OSCV have some feature to hide this information in "client side"? Like on "Server side extention to do this task?

I am using several web services to consult information. To call these information I'm using Add-ins and and in JS anyone can access the code (JS run in browser so its possible to inspect element in browser and see these information), I want to know how to call an external service on the rightnow without being exposed the username and password for the rn attendant?
