Hi Experts,

We got requirement that says, we need to create custom report on chat transactions on daily basis.  If that report shows zero records then we need send scheduled email to specific person.

Is there any way to scheduling report based on Zero records count ?. If not, is there anyway how we can fulfill this requirement.
