Setting Incident Custom Attribute from Chat
SummaryI have a custom page to start the chat and would like a way to set an incident custom attribute
Hi, So I have a custom page that does PTA and login the member then redirect them to the chat landing page. Is there a way for me to send a value for an incident custom attribute?
I'm not using the normal chat launch page rather I'm using a page to PTA the user then redirect to the landing page. I'm able to set the contact but no luck with the incident.
Any help or suggestion?
