Use Incident ID rather than Reference in Agent Desktop/BUI

The integer Incident ID is preferred to Reference number - can the ID be used as Banner reference and in recent items etc?


There are many questions about changing the Incident Reference format, but we have a customer that likes the sequntial integer approach and would prefer that to appear through the Agent Desktop (and probably BUI down the track).

Is that possible?
