All email addresses are invalidated on an upgrade or test site. Can we change it to get appended to something else as mentioned below

Hi All,

How can we change .invalid to something else when email addresses are appended with .invalid to the contacts after our upgrade and test site refresh?

How can we configure so that in Service Cloud during the refresh(Production to Test), if we want a contact ex: "[email protected]" to be replaced as "[email protected]" rather than the current process of "[email protected]".

Can someone suggest anything?
