Auto Response email is not getting triggered

Hi All,
Here my issue is, I'm not getting auto response email for some interfaces.
We have 8 interface languages, Only 2 interfaces are getting auto response email
Note:
I have configured the below things:
- standard text
- business rules for sending auto response to customers.
- Enabled Outgoing Email
Is there anything I missed here to configure?
