Modifying FRS queries in Notepad++

Has anyone had any luck using Notepad++ to modify an FRS report to perform a query that cannot be done through the FRS UI?

Has anyone had any luck using Notepad++ to modify an FRS report to perform a query that cannot be done through the FRS UI?  In an FRS report, we would like to dynamically pull base level accounts based on the value in their UDA field; specifically, we would like to dynamically pull base level accounts with a UDA value equal to the member name or member alias of the current account.
