Hi,

A bit of background:
We're currently in the early stages of transitioning from .NET to BUI. During this period, we wish to have as much backward compatibility as possible so that agents will be able to work on both .NET and BUI. This will be especially important during the pilot phase where we'll have specific agents working on BUI. These agents will probably share profiles that other agents are using who will continue to work on .NET. In other words we wish to support both UI's with the same profile.

Moving on:
The specific issue I'm seeking advice for is related to the layout in BUI. Currently we have 3 tab sets in the incident workspace that are all displayed at once. In BUI one of the tab sets is available only at the top. Not all 3 tab sets can be viewed together (is this the intended behavior in BUI?) See attached screenshots - the same incident is opened using the same profile in the example.

Howdy, Stranger!
