Hi all 

I see that one can only disable a validation rule TEMPORARILY. 

Does anyone know if we can disable the validation once and for all?

This affect the data promotion, and we have to repeat the disabling. 

If we cannot disable it, can we remove it? I do not see an option to delete this form.
