Incident is created when survey submitted and responses are recorded in a Cust Entry thread


Hi all. Apologies in advance if there is an previous answer but have trouble finding it if there is one ...

We have a weblink survey and we'd like to have responses recorded as a 'Customer Entry' in an incident (that will be assigned to a queue). I'm struggling to work out how this can be achieved so would appreciate your advice. [Side note: Surveys are not my strong point, obviously!!]
