Hi Guys,

Can anyone please share any information or documentation on how Service cloud can handle Mobile Originated SMS:

1. What short codes can be used?

2. How does OSvC receive Mobile originated SMS from the gateway: push( Gateway calling API on CRM) or pull( CRM pulling from the gateway)
