Unable to deploy new custom object

We are facing issue while deploying new custom object

We are facing issue while creating custom field / custom object the error is "Incident Row size exceeds". We also raised SR with Oracle said this is the maximum  size and further extension is not possible,please let us know how to manage this we needs to accommodate further new changes and needs to create custom fields.

We are also facing the same error while deploying new custom object. Please suggest. Thanks in advance.
