How can I delete co_notes in bulk

We have some notes in co_notes that needed to be either updated or deleted in bulk. I don't see a way to do this via REST or Connect, just want to double check that I am not rushing and missing something. I thought I had done this before, but I can not find any documentation to touch these notes.
