This has been a bone of contention for a while now and discussed at length in this Lab as well.

Business Use Cases and Issues:

Customers felt that the ability to edit multiple requisition lines in the Edit Requisition UI was somewhat hidden as there was nothing explicit or clear to indicate to them that multiple lines can be selected at a time and clicking the Edit icon will then launch a 'mass edit' type popup where changes made to any of the supported attributes will then update all the lines.
