OTBI Analysis on subject area Product Management - New Item Request Approval Real Time



I am trying to create a simple analysis on which I am interested in showing following information
1. Item Number, Item Class
2. Associated New Item Request Number, Status, Sequence Number, Status Start Date, status finish date.
3. Step Sequence Number details like Step Sequence Number and Step Start and Finish time.

The issue here is that, the step sequences are only associated with sequence number 20 and hence my expectation is that step sequence number should only appear against the sequence number 20. Where as on the subject area, when I pick these columns the step sequence number appears against all the sequence numbers.
