There are a number of upcoming exciting enhancements to the Browser UI Rich Text Thread Control. Because this control is central to the agent experience, I’ve summarized the changes here to promote awareness even before the changes are released to test or production sites in some cases.

In general we are responding to popular customer requests to optimize the thread control so agent users can be more efficient and the size of the control is optimized within the incident workspace. Several changes also achieve functional parity with .NET behavior.
