Now that SRM is going away what is everyone using/integrating with RNT that fills that void? I know SFDC has some pre-built integrations with Radian 6 (which I've used before) and a few others. I haven't found much in the way of plug and play solutions for an oracle integration (not that SRM was anywhere close to plug and play).
