We are trying to achieve uniqueness on a custom field (c$identitynumber) similar to Contact ID and Incident ID.

Scenario:
We have given agents an option to generate a number in case contact don’t know his valid Identity Number. Using BUI extension a popup will be shown for few contact types, Do you want to Generate ID ? If the agent opts for generating ID then at the time of save, a sequence number gets generated in the backend. If agent chooses No, he can manually enter his valid Identity Number. If two agents are saving the details at the same time, the generated number gets duplicated.
