Hi All,

We have a customizable Menu that is being used in a drop down field in workspace. We want to remove some of the Item in the list. We can remove the item, but upon removing the item the value of the field sets to the "No Value "  in the workspace where that value has been already selected. We don't want to lose that information for the already created records, we just want that the value should not appear in the drop down. Is there a way to achieve this?
