Summary

Toast notification not populating after Assigned/Reassigned Incidents/ Tasks/ Opportunities to Agents Login in BUI for few of the Agents. And unable to reset LS_NOTIF_RELOAD_FREQ configuration setting

Hi  All

BUI we are facing strange issue in Toast notifications. Few of the Agents are not receiving Toast notifications  and in notifications icon also not displayed.

unable to reset LS_NOTIF_RELOAD_FREQ configuration setting default value to 15 to 5  because LS_NOTIF_RELOAD_FREQ  is not displayed in configuration setting.

Can i  raise a SR to Oracle to enable/reset LS_NOTIF_RELOAD_FREQ?
