Hi All,

I am trying to integrate with Azure AD for SSO with Agent Browser UI. I have set relay state to point to Agent Web.

But what I wanted to understand was. If I login to a direct incident by using a bookmark link. How would the IDP redirect me to the same incident after authentication? Is it possible at all?

Example link - https://mysite.custhelp.com/AgentWeb/Incident/200609-000000. So If I open this link and SSO is enabled. How will IDP post authentication redirect me to this incident. Or is it something which is done already?
