Frequently getting warning message in Customer portal pages
While browsing through the customer portal pages, I am frequently getting warning message.
The warning message states "An existing account already has this username. Please enter a different name. If you are unsure if you have an existing account or have forgotten your username/password you may get account assistance here( link)."
When I click on Ok, the warning message disappears.
The problem is, it is frequently displaying this error message. Even before logging in to the page, it is displaying this warning message.
Any help is appreciated.
