Is it possbile? Auto task template creation for repeat work request

Dear community,

Is possible to have a reusable task template that reusable by a specific profile group?

Can you share how to create this template and setup for group use?

The end goal to streamline repeat task request and assignment for group work request.

Example tier 1 click button or select menu item and task created auto created for Group 2 for action and group 3 for action.

Any help and direct example can be modified to would be appreciated.
