Summary

Oracle is dis-continuing support for File based Data Import. Will the tool still be available after 20D installed?

As per notes in the 20D documentation as well as a screen warning in Manage Import Activities.

"Oracle will discontinue File-Based Data Import support for CX Sales and B2B Service Objects with the 20D Update"

Our Question:

Does this mean that the tool is still available for use and not completely decommissoned?

We have been slow to transition and would like the safety net of being able to use the older method while continuing to master the new tool
