Is it possible to add users to Variable Refresh Emails?

I've setup some static variables in my report package that drive the rollover of the reference doclets.  When I change the static variables I get an email telling me which reference variables have been updated (See screenshot attached).  Is it possible to get other users added to this distribution list?
