Hello all,

I was playing with the settings to only to use the plain text for the Rich Text Incident Thread section. I was able to restrict the Desktop agent console allow only plain text by using the permission dropdown where I disabled 'Allow toggling thread content to plain text' and enabled 'Always use plain Text'. In BUI, it doesn't work. Is there a way to change those settings for BUI? or is there a different control I can use instead of Rich Text Incident Thread?
