On initial inbound emails, can all contacts receive the system generated auto acknowledgement

Our system is currently set up to add CC'ed to our incidents as contacts.  We then, on receipt of an email, we sent the sender (primary contact) our email acknowledgement, the CC'ed contacts do not receive this acknowledgement.

Is is possible to send our email acknowledgement to the primary contact (sender) and the CC'ed contacts?  The reason we want to review if this can be done, is to lower the number of duplicate emails we receive.
