Hi Team,
When I forwarding an incident through the agent console I am getting the following error "Currently System Configuration specifies that the sender email address be used for the "From Address" when forwarding an incident. Due to the account not having an email address defined, you will not be able to forward an incident.
I have attached the screenshot for a clear understanding.
