Hi  All

Agent Browser UI :create and add a new contact in Asset Workspace getting An Unknown Application error has occurred alert.

Agent Desktop: Able to create and add a new contact in Asset Workspace.

Same Credentials(Admin) are used for Agent Browser UI and Agent Desktop.

Is there a way to resolve the issue or  can i log the ticket to Oracle.
