Turn on Agent Debugger


Good day!

I'm attempting to turn on Agent Debugger in the console to troubleshoot an issue some of our agents are experiencing.  Below are the instructions I received, but this doesn't work for me.  I don't see the options.  I'm wondering if debugging has to first be turned on in the configuration settings.  Does anyone know?


1.)Log into Oracle Service Cloud
2.)Click on the Oracle Logo in the top left corner of the screen
3.)Mouseover "Debugging" and select "Communications Log Viewer"
4.) In the new window that is opened select "All" from the "Communications Log Viewer" dropdown
